Today Ubisoft anounced that they will bring 3 games made by Capcom over to the PC, the games that Ubi will bring to the PC are Resident Evil 4 Onimusha 3 and Devil May Cry 3.
No release date has been anounced although there are rumors that RE4 will be released on the PC in March in Europe otherwise all 3 games will be released in both Europe and America

Apparently Onimusha 3's been released on PC in Japan already and I hear it was a shoddy port. RE4 has some potential on the PC (mouselook and better graphics would make it even more insanely good than it is already), and Devil May Cry 3 might be good with a gamepad.
I'm just wondering why they're not bringing over the other Capcom PC ports that have been released in Japan too.

I might be a little interested in PC RE4, but I wouldn't go out of my way to play it.

The PC port pf DMC3 will be based on the special edition of DMC3

I'm guessing that the PC version of RE4 will be based on the PS2 version, since it has extra stuff that's not in the Gamecube one. Hopefully they'll put the extra graphical touches that didn't make the transition from the Gamecube version into the PC version.

Devil May Cry 3 is a brilliant game but i can't help but think it would be terrible on PC, it just won't work, i kinda feel the same for Onimusha 3 but i don't think it would be as bad as DMC. Resi would work well due to the aiming with the mouse so i could see it being good, i just hope they boost the graphics

From what I've read about the PC port of Onimusha 3 it runs at the same resolution as the console version (640x480, really low for anything running on PC these days), the graphics have actually been downgraded (there's no fog), it's incompatible with a lot of video cards (mainly those lacking pixel shading), and no time was spent on the port at all, it's basically just a straight dump to PC. That's why I'm kind of worried about the other titles, although RE4 would translate pretty well to the PC as long as they include mouselook and you aim with the mouse instead of the buttons you use to move.
There's bound to be a reason Capcom's not releasing these games themselves, though.

Who even cares about Onimusha 3 anymore? With Onimusha 4 right around the corner, Ubi Soft should have made that their priority to bring to the PC.

I think it's the last in its story. The next Onimusha game won't be a follow-up.

Gyakuten Saiban DS was one of them (handled by the same company that did Onimusha 3, if I remember correctly), and there were some others that I don't remember. Insert Credit did a news story on them a few months ago.
