Sorry for this useless post, as I'm afraid I can't help you, but could you explain what this book is?

There si no translation.. theer were, as a matter of fact, no references nor images about it for a while on the net.

It is a guidebook. Mostly b&w with a few pages in color. Curremtly I can erad very little of it, but it is fun finding parts that I can understand here and there. In the scanned pages heer at Junker, for example, they talk about the time in the factory.. when Metal Gear is telling Gillian that an enemy is approaching (by the meter) and the player has his hand on the shift key, ready for shooting mode.
They talk about when you go to Gibson's house and having to give Katrinas meassures, and about Blade Runner's inspiration. A shame my understanding is so limited... But maybe someday I will be able to provide translations for some of these.

Hey,
My brother lives in Japan and can read Japanese - but without a copy to translate, nothing is possible. There most be someone round here who's like part Japanese, and can read it, but you'd have to scan the lot.....
Snatcher - havent you got transcriptions of all the convosations in the Soundtrack inlays? - like Battle Battle CD? Who did those?

Takamishi san worked those out. I scanned them and posted them for him, and he trasnlated them for the good of us all.
But, I've not dared to scan the books with my current scanner. I do have taken pictures, which are somewhat eradable.. but it is a lot of work and I guess no one will be available to do it "just because". So, I am beting on myself to someday be able to read the, Though its going to take time. (So far all has taken time, so I am not impatient).

tell me about it
If you do that, I can OCR it... although scans should be good enough for translation by themselves.

Man I've been wondering about the SNATCHER art books for years now!
I can't wait for you to scan the book!
I really could use ANY sketches of the "levels" and things of that nature since i'm working on a 3d version of SNATCHER, I have never found any of the books for sale anywhere....accept the ONE place i whent was asking for $150 ...while i'd possibly pay it.....wich depended on just how many "usefull" sketches and drawings there are in the books.

Beleive me, there is nothing of the sort in there. I hoped for the same, but there are none.
Both are guide books, not art books. There islittle art that is not elsewhere, and the ones that are are posted at Junker... under each. What tehy do contain is lots of information, that needs to be translated.
