So instead of writing my essay on mass media philosophy I found a podcast about the Genesis' 20th anniversary and Snatcher. Its the most recent podcast, episode 55. They also talked to Jeremy Blaustein for a bit. Didn't do too much for me but I figured some people would be interested. The Snatcher discussion starts at around 35 minutes, the Blaustein interview starts at about 44 minutes, and there is a brief mention of the Policenauts translation project somewhere around 1 hour 13 minutes. Anyway the link for the podcast archive is

Nice to hear more from Jeremy, even if there's limited new information in it. He genuinely sounds like a fan of the game who's still enthusiastic about it. I wouldn't be shocked if a third party developer pitched an iPhone port of Snatcher to Konami, now.

Always good to hear that people still remembers the Snatcher game and the one who made it possible to turn into English version.
Btw, isn't Blaustein now working on with Silent Hill series as localizator?

He did, as in past tense. He worked on Silent Hill 2-4. Most recently, he translated Phoenix Wright 3!
