I am a bit tired now, but I'll explain the first one of what I remember reading in the morning. I'll try the others tomorrow.

Well, it is a patent on a method for having a game cut scene stored as directed by several directors, and let the player choose (in real time maybe) what style he watches it on, and it being recreated by the console/computer as the director intended based solely on specific data such as camera, music, motion capture data, etc...

The third one deals with a method of altering the story and adapting the game to the player's choices of watching or not watching a specific cutscene or group of them =)

and the second one is related to sending text or messages "protected" by games, for example I send you a message.. but you have to complete a game to view the fulkl message.... interesting applied to the DS as Rolman pointed out earlier to me...
