I was browsing some Blade runner images when I found this green Turbo Cycle image. I can't quite remember which version it's from... I thought not the Mega CD version, but the text tells me otherwise.... although you can see another blue mega cd version attached. I know its not or the early versions (msx and the like)... here it is...

It's from the home console versions, when you start Act 3.

Ah right - so Act 1 - when you're on your way to Gibson, it's blue. In Act3 it's green..... solved. Thanks.

Also, that 1st screen shot is actually from the original PC-88 version. You can tell, because the image window is not as cropped off as it is in the MSX version.
That was one of the main issues I had with the MSX version. That and those god-awful load times.

Out of interest - The images I was looking at when I found the turbo cycle image... It's been documented to death how close the BR/Snatcher references are - but this is one of my favourites. The likeness is uncanny - especially 'Mead's' representation of Sebastian's truck.

I remember watching Blade Runner after playing Snatcher, especially in the intro I felt like I was watching FMV SNATCHER.

Yeah. Not forgetting the huge amounts of Akira references, as well.
Napoleon is definitely based on the corrupt politician from Akira who dies in the alleyway.

Even one of the buildings (I think in the intro) Is copied, literally, quite DIRECTLY from Akira.
