Not a proper easter egg per say... I dig all the language tree choices and replies that the dialogues gives you based on your skill at playing.

Like when Gillian says "Wow! That was close! One more hit and I'd be a goner!" if you had one hit of life left at the last 2 shoot outs (be4 the ending 40 min cut scene) or if says how he did not expect them to welcome him with open arms but that was intense (or what ever he says- I last played it in Jan. So I don't recall all the dialogue verbatim) if you get through with near full health. Tweaks like that make the in game world see more reflexive and therefore more immersing (to me anyway).

Also in one of the shoot practices Metal Gear will say some smart ass remark (again I don;t recall perfectly) that is like, "if you are so good then why the x#s of continues" if you died. Gillian is like "Shut up about that!" LOL! Its funny in game...

Stuff like that puts Snatcher over the top IMO.

Yes, the sly comments off Metal really add to the fun atmosphere that you get off it, whilst playing. I always enjoyed the interplay between Gillian and Metal, Kojima later used such a device with Otacon and Snake, Raiden and Snake, Jonathan and Ed and Big Boss and Para-Medic/Sigint/Zero (since all three essentially were funny).
