I even bought the SNES adapter from him, no way you played with the actual 3do pad! And since a friend of mine made some custom arcade sticks for the SNES (Which he donated for the collection)...
The 3DO I bought in Japan came with SSF2X and the 6-button controller, so I just use that. But the regular controller is really terrible for it, yeah.

For some reason the 3DO sounds even better than the arcade. I don't know why the later ports didn't turn out the same.

I love my 3DO, I've kept it now, for what? Five years? Amazing little piece of kit, many hail it as the worst games console of all time, to them maybe, but to me, it's a nice system, with some nostalgia value that I love about it. I also have the other 'much hated' system; CDi as well. That's even better if you ask me.

I hope that last part was some kind of joke...

I own both as well, but my impressions might be a bit impartial since I only have the Zelda games for the CDi...

Man, what a trip.

It has the best versions of Dragon's Lair and Space Ace for the system!
I guess that is why I like the system so much, not only that though; there was also those classic, cheesy, gun games like Mad Dog McCree and Who Shot Johnny Rock? (shameful pleasure, indeed :P). Yes, the Zelda games do suck though, I agree (as do all of the Nintendo licensed games...).

I remember Marc writing about translating the Idea Spy 2.5 radio drama for MGS:TUS.
Will it eventually be available on the new version of TUS ? Or here ?

Most likely TUS.
