Thanks to Startyde on another forum for selling me a pristine and most importantly SEALED with absolutely no flaws MGS2 premium pack It looks deadly as hell, and new as a baby, I wonder how the seal can be so perfect after all these years. I'll be sure to add pics of it along with the rest of my collection which has gotten a little bigger and that's messier than ever

Yeah the sealed shareholder versions of mgs2&3 are pretty rare but not that rare (got them last month in their original konami enveloppe with promo flyers et booklets), not as rare as the shareholder bottle of wine for example, wonder if i'll ever find it
Yeah the last bottle of wine went to niyachan. Someone else had msg'd me with the wine about a month ago, but they were asking too much. There was some minor label discoloration (which seems common) but still a nice item. I gave him a pretty generous offer and let him know to keep my email address handy if he ever wants some spending money.
It was funny too, everything else he had in the picture was so common, and this was the only rare MG item he had. Probably the next most valuable MG item was the US release mgs3 subsistence (not LE) in open condition. Actually he has a Sony Playstation labelled bottle of wine as well but those I think you can find for $100.
Haha, I know what you mean about guys who happen to own only one rare item in their collection, but it's kind of a master item I've met lots of guys that had a unique Muse cd for example but the cool thing is that they weren't even aware of its value hehe... The good thing about Muse is that they're not famous everywhere, whereas the metal gear franchise is super famous everywhere...
Yeah I've never heard Muse at all before talking to you. When you first mentioned them a couple times in our conversations I thought Muse was some sort or anime with ninjas and/or samurais. And perhaps the undead.
I'm dead serious btw.
3 sealed copies of the same game? You need help Screaming Mantis. Someone definately has a screw loose buying 3 of the same game sealed.
you guys seriously gotta stop stealing all the item stock in japan! Im trying to collect enough pocket change right now so I can grab a few stuff! ahaha.

Well I'm done with my sealed copies of MGS3 Snake Eater.
I used to think people were idiots for buying this because it was closing for over $30-$50 when it first hit ebay and all it is is a bag the PS3 was sold in.
However, for a mere $10 I thought why not.
Plus I do plan on buying the JPN hagane ps3 when prices start to lower, so if it doesn't come with the bag I already have it.

67 EUR. I was lucky because my max bid was 67.77 so it was a close snipe. Not only that, I woke up 1 min 19 secs before the auction ended!!! I kept hitting snooze and totally forgot. Then I woke up on my own remembering the auction and sprinted over to my mac. Close call!
